(Reopens CAL12) (Reopens CAL12) Superintendent of Police Ranjeet Kumar Mishra said that 16 persons persons were arrested for the violence and arson in Madhubani district over the past two days. Those who damaged public property were being identified and FIRs would be lodged against them, he said. District Magistrate Lokesh Kumar Singh said that prohibitory orders were imposed on Madhubani town and Jainagar. He said of three persons injured in police firing at Jainagar, two were sent to the Patna Medical College and Hospital while another was admitted to the Darbhanga Medical College and Hospital.
